We want you to love what you ordered! If something doesn't fit quite right, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating an exchange request.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests for Jutties must be raised within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  • Returns will only be accepted for reverse pickup if the tamper-proof sticker remains intact and properly attached to the jutti.
  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exchange requests will not be entertained if the product is worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

  • We only offer refunds in the form of store credits once an order is placed. Only size and style exchanges are available.

  • Exchange is allowed for the same style in a different size, or for another style of equal or higher value.

What is NOT Eligible for Exchange or Return

  • Purses — No exchange or return is offered on any purse under any circumstances.

  • Sale or discounted items — Products purchased during any sale or at a discounted price are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

  • International orders — We do not offer exchange or return on any order shipped outside India.

  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

Note: If reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to ship the product to us at your own cost. Re-shipping charges for the exchanged product will also be borne by you in such cases.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Step 1: Email us at info@threaditstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange.

  • Step 2: Our team will confirm the availability of your desired size/style and provide you with further instructions.

  • Step 3: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process and dispatch your exchange.

Dispatch Address

Our team will share the return address upon confirmation of your exchange request. Please do not ship products without prior confirmation from us.
