Shipping policy

At Thread It Studio, all our products are maintained in ready stock so that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. We believe that when you fall in love with a pair of juttis, you shouldn't have to wait long to wear them!

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • All orders within India are dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.

  • Shipping is carried out via India's trusted courier partners. Tracking details will be shared with you via email once your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.

  • In case your delivery address falls outside our courier network coverage, we will contact you to explore the best possible alternative.

  • Please note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may experience slight delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders, outside India, are typically delivered within 8–13 working days after dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated per pair and are as follows:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or any local levies at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Thread It Studio does not cover these charges.

  • Thread It Studio is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

  • We do not offer exchange, return, or refund on international orders.
