All products listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. We do not take pre-orders or custom orders unless explicitly stated.
Product colours may vary slightly from the images displayed due to monitor settings and photography lighting. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept all major payment methods as available on our Shopify-powered checkout.
Thread It Studio reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.

4. Order Placement

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are legally authorised to use the payment method provided.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful placement of your order.
Thread It Studio reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are subject to our separate Return & Exchange Policy available on our website.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on Purses under any circumstances.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, except in cases where Thread It Studio is unable to fulfil the order.
Items purchased during a Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
